ESEA champions Maximum Effort and Dynamic have received direct invitations to ESWC North American qualifiers to be held at the end of August at PAX Prime.
As previously announced, the qualifier including Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will take place at PAX Prime in Seattle, Washington on August 31 to September 2. The two invited teams have now been announced.
According to ESEA News, Maximum Effort has yet to accept their invitation whereas Dynamic's Eric "adreN" Hoag has already announced his team accepting the invitation via Twitter. Former 3D member Salvatore "Volcano" Garozzo retired from CS:S earlier this month and has left Dynamic without a fifth member.

Both Maximum Effort and Dynamic are off ESEA Invite seasons where they came from the lower bracket and managed to win the championship and the $10,000 that came with it in each game, Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Source.
The teams met back in January in the Plantronics GameCom CS:GO Invitational where they took down Maximum Effort, then called Back2Back, 16-0 on two consecutive maps without dropping a round.
The final two teams for the North American ESWC qualification will be determined via online qualifiers, which are open for sign up until July 28 at http://eswc.gamecom.plantronics.com/.
